Fontana introduce a new Project “A Brighter Future” for street children in HCMC
On 10th November 2012, Fontana and partner – MSD – conducted a special workshop to introduce policy makers and major stakeholders about Project A Brighter Future in Hochiminh city. The Project started in Vietnam in July 2012, aims at improving capabilities for Vietnam CSOs in order to minimize problems facing by sexual abuse and drug abuse street children. This introduction workshop was to promote and raise the awareness of the community about the project to create networking between and VCSOs who work with street children. Many local authorities, mass media and VCSOs as well as INGOs attended the introduction workshop and the project is expected to bring benefit to both street children and VCSOs.
